Galaxy 5000 has two control modes - Alpha and Beta. Alpha is annoying, Since you press the direction you wish to go. The turning of your spacecraft is slow and therefore hard to control in the curves that must be made. If the controls were improved and the speed increased, this game would be must more enjoyable in Alpha mode.
Beta mode, on the other hand, is easy to control, in Beta this game is quite enjoyable but, due to Beta being the secondary control mode, the urge of the typical player makes Alpha a more likely first choice. All in all, this game is okay, although many things could have been improved.
